Persona’s “Caught Living the Values” winner for December/January was Watertown Main production employee Calvin West.
Calvin was nominated by Trevor Larson. In his nomination, Trevor said Calvin’s attention to detail paid off.
“Calvin notified me that we some bolts (at Watertown Main) that were actually issued on a job in Madison,” he wrote. “He wanted to make sure inventory got corrected since we used the item and Madison did not.”
Calvin was nominated in the categories “Doing the Right Thing,” “Pursuing Continual Improvement.”
Each month a second employee is randomly selected from among the nominees. For December/January that employee was receptionist Kelsey O’Farrell, nominated by Jordan Gabriel. There were 12 nominations submitted. Others were: Hallie Amdahl (twice), Heidi Hoekman, Tammy Jungen, Cheryl Miller, Sophia Palo, Miranda Patek, Carley Poppen, Ashley Roberts and Bethany Unruh.
