Persona has several locations across the state; Watertown, Madison, and Sioux Falls. Persona Main is home to our leadership, sales and support teams, plus manufacturing. Persona West houses our digital printing and other light manufacturing.

Office/Support Position Information:
Persona provides a variety of flexible schedules. Our full-time position hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Our part-time position hours depend on the employee’s desired schedule if it works with the business demands. We have office/support positions in each of our locations, with the majority of our support staff at our headquarters, located in Watertown, SD.
Production Position Information:
Persona has three (3) manufacturing locations: Watertown (Main), Watertown (West) & Madison – all in South Dakota. We offer a variety of shifts to suite your schedule and your lifestyle. Please see below for shift times dependent on location. Our full-time position hours are set as indicated below. Our part-time position hours depend on the employee’s desired schedule if it works with the business demands.
Watertown Main (PWT) & Watertown West (PWW):
- 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift: 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday
- Weekend shift: 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Madison (PMD):
- 1st shift: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift: 2:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday-Thursday
- Weekend shift: 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday

I’ve enjoyed the challenge of learning new things, particularly how signs are put together and how they function. My professional background is in media and education, but some of my experience as a carpenter of 10 years helps me relate to the installers I work with on a variety of projects.
