Office/Support Position Information:

Persona provides a variety of flexible schedules. Our full-time position hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Our part-time position hours depend on the employee’s desired schedule if it works with the business demands.  We have office/support positions in each of our locations, with the majority of our support staff at our headquarters, located in Watertown, SD.

Production Position Information:

Persona has three (3) manufacturing locations: Watertown (Main), Watertown (West) & Madison – all in South Dakota.  We offer a variety of shifts to suit your schedule and your lifestyle.  Please see below for shift times dependent on location.  Our full-time position hours are set as indicated below. Our part-time position hours depend on the employee’s desired schedule if it works with the business demands. 

Watertown Main (PWT) & Watertown West (PWW):

  • 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
  • 2nd shift: 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday
  • Weekend shift: 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Madison (PMD):

  • 1st shift: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday-Thursday
  • Weekend shift: 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday
