Caught Living the Values: Solving Problems from Afar

Persona’s “Caught Living the Values” winner for October was CAD Drafter Nicole Pommier.

Pommier, who works remotely from her home in Texas, was nominated by Sandy Esche. Esche said Pommier helped out with an issue of getting artwork from a customer.

“Nicole joined me in a conference call with the customer and talked him through how to send a FRANGEN artwork file we need for production,” she wrote. “She was superb in communicating with the customer and helped me out as I had no clue what to ask for.”

“Wow-ing the Customer” and “Our People Come First.” are the two categories she was nominated for.

“Nicole is always super to work with,” Esche said. “I value her willingness to always help me with orders.”

Each month, Persona recognizes an employee who exemplifies the core business principles that company founder Dennis Holien assembled more than 40 years ago. Employees nominate co-workers who are “Caught Living the Values” and a committee pores over those nominations to select a winner.

There were eight nominations submitted for August. Others were: Eric Milbrandt (by Linda Ford), Loreen Behlings (by Kari Marlow), Bill Johnson (twice, by Laurie Koehn and Marie Mahoney), Erik Lee (by Laurie Koehn), Kady Burns (By Debi Pahl), and Laurie Koehn (by Kari Marlow).

A second employee is selected among the nominees as the “Random Winner.” For October, that employee was Laurie Koehn.
