Caught Living the Values Winner Lucas Randall

Lucas Randall is a Warranty Service Technician for Persona. On a day-to-day basis, he troubleshoots issues and coordinates repairs for Persona’s customers. He assists with front office maintenance and fabrication in production when service work is low.

Lucas Randall is the winner of our Caught Living the Values contest. Each month, Persona employees nominate who they think is going above and beyond at work. Sandy Esche nominated Lucas for displaying the Teamwork value. She said, “Lucas gathered the parts needed to be sent out for the installer to rework the set for surface wiring. His willingness to gather the materials made it possible to get the materials shipped out for the installer to get the next day while on site.” Overall, this spared Persona an additional install trip.

Teamwork is important to Lucas because it “makes all of our jobs easier so we can be more productive with our time.” The teamwork value is just one of the five core business values that Persona follows every day.
