Senior Account Representative
Persona employee since 1989
Now a Senior Account Rep on the Corporate team, Dan has also worked as an Expediter and a Sales Coordinator. His favorite part of his job – accomplishing the seemingly impossible! Dan recalls an after-hours customer call for a service issue. He called his favorite installer on the East Coast and had the problem solved before the president of the company visited the property to view their new sign. This quote is on Dan’s desk: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”
One of Dan’s most memorable projects was a contour LED Budweiser sign installed at the Kansas City Royals stadium and the thrill of seeing the sign on national TV during the World Series game that was played there.
Persona can credit Dan with the “Pickering Counter Insert” – an idea that popped into Dan’s head overnight and solved a challenge building small channel letters for Valvoline.
